Significant experience in project of process automation to drive transactions and change management, governance & risk management, budget & strategy, fiscal matters, drive business growth and leading the Unit Finance function in a global company.

Currently, working with Amann Bangladesh (a concern of Amann Group, Germany) as a Finance Director. Holds a Bachelor degree from University of Dhaka major in Accounting & Information Systems and earned professional accounting qualification from ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW). Also, a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditor, USA.

In early career, he worked with accountancy firm at home and abroad, also with development organization and started corporate career by joining as an internal auditor in-charge and process improvement manager of Coats Bangladesh. At Coats Group, He has been promoted as Financial Controller for South East Asia Cluster and worked for 2 years before joining Amann Group.
