4. Transforming Stress (Part 1):
Facing and accepting stress, Staying grounded in the present, Gaining control over stress, Learning self-compassion.
5. Transforming Stress (Part 2):
Becoming cognitive flexible, Bringing in the positive, Living healthy in the face of stress
