Imrul Hasan
Md. Imrul Hasan is currently working in FAO of the United Nations as National Consultant-Food Safety System Specialist. He is an adjunct professor of Dhaka University and Jessore University of Science and Technology. He also provides technical supports to UK based company "Alcumus ISOQAR" the World Leading Testing, inspection and Certification body. He has over 15 years of working experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Development, R & D and Food Safety management related services. In order to build up his career as Management Systems Certifications Auditor and Trainer, Mr. Imrul received extensive training both in home and abroad by highly skilled and well renowned institutions and professionals.
He is a qualified Lead Auditor and Trainer for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC-Global Standard for Food safety, Issue-7, Organic Products certification, HACCP, GMP/ cGMP, GCP, ISO 22716, PAS 220/223, IFS, BAP, Global GAP, SMETA, Forestry Stewardship Council. He has conducted extensive training and audit both in home and abroad for well renowned institutions and professionals, retailers like: PepsiCo, Tesco, Unilever, Nestle, Danone, Walmart, Yum (KFC, PizzaHut), McDonald's, GAIN, WPF, ILO, UNICEF, etc. in various countries such as UK, German, USA, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Ireland, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Japan, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, etc.
He is the member secretary of Food safety -TWG, Bangladesh Food Safety Authority facilitating to draft Food Safety Rules, Regulation and COPs. Also developing certification and training program for Food business Operators and Food Safety Regulators of different agencies and ministries.
