Shead Ashraf is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. He completed both his graduation and post-graduation from the University of Dhaka. So far in his career, he has diverse work experience in several renowned Startups, NGOs, and MNCs as a consultant, soft-skill trainer. He has also created several online courses on emotional intelligence, stress intervention, resilience, mental toughness, which are available in the country’s prominent e-learning platforms. Furthermore, he is a trained Behavior Therapist and App & Gaming Psychology Consultant. He had the honor of being the Open Source Leader (2018) by Common Purpose.
