Md. Salim Hossain started his career as Mental Health Counselor in BRAC University. Then he joined as faculty member in United International University. In 2010, he joined in the Department of Psychology, University of Dhaka. In addition to teaching, Mr. Salim has vast interest in research especially in the field of Industrial, Cognitive and Educational areas. He pioneered Industrial-Organizational Psychology in Bangladesh and started a new stream as MS in IO Psychology in the Department of Psychology. He has over 16 national and international publications on different areas of behavioral sciences. Additionally, Mr. Salim worked as consultant in different national and International organizations like IZA, DFID, CDD, CIDIP, ERG, IoM, a2i etc

Ms. Khaleda has completed her graduation and post-graduation in Psychology from University of Dhaka. Later on, she carried out her professional MS in Counselling Psychology from University of Dhaka. In professional life, she worked in the training division of the largest web portal of Bangladesh, Bdjobs.com. She also served in Dhaka Medical College Psychiatry unit, TSC counselling unit.
Currently, she is working as counselor in Maya Apa, a concern of BRAC. She is trained in different areas of counselling like, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Human Resource Counselling, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt therapy, Online and tele counselling etc.
