Mohammad Refaul Karim Chowdhury is a Chartered Accountant having Fellow Membership under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He has also achieved Fellow Membership from Institute of Financial Accounts of UK and Institute of Public Accountants of Australia.
He has more than 13 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Finance and Taxation. He has expertise in IFRS, Company affairs & Secretarial work, IPO, Tax Planning, Financial Modelling, Data Analysis, Implementation of accounting software and Advance excel. He is a Certified Financial Modeler and Valuation Analyst.
Currently, He is working with Bangla Tel Group as CFO. Before BTG, he served several sectors like Software, Telecommunication, RMG & Manufacturing, Real Estate Company and Autonomous Body in various position.
Md Anwaruzzaman, FCA
Mr. Md. Anwaruzzaman is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who became qualified during the year 2011. He has started his service career during 2009 as the Deputy Manager, Audit of Novus Pharmaceuticals Limited and Abdul Monem Financial Services Limited, a concern of Abdul Monem Group from 2009-2010. After leaving that job Mr. Md. Anwaruzzaman started working as the Manager, Accounts and Finance and promoted as Assistant General Manager- Accounts and Finance of Union Development and Technologies Limited, a largest real estate company.
In the year 2011, he has completed his post-graduation (MBA) from the Business Faculty (Accounting and Information System Department) of the University of Dhaka (DU).
During the year 2011, he became a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined at “Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co., Chartered Accountants’’ as its Director.
- He is a partner of “Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co., Chartered Accountants’’ since 2017.
- He is also a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB).
- He is a faculty teacher of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
- He is a faculty teacher and member of Bangladesh VAT Professional Forum (BVPF).
- He is the Treasurer of Rotary Club of Dhaka South. Previously he was the Secretary of Rotary Club of Dhaka South.
- He is the Chairman of Business and Technology Management Solutions.

Md. Yasin Miah, FCA
Md. Yasin Miah is an FCA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and have managerial experiences in Textile Industry Sector, Ceramic Industry Sector, Insurance Sector, Pharmaceuticals Sector and Non-government Organization Sector. Specialized in strategic planning, investment analysis, financial planning for cost benefit, fund management and Tax & VAT consultancy.
He has more than 25 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting services, Tax & VAT service, regulatory compliance service, budgetary control service and assessment of organizational structure in various organizations. Mainly, he has worked as Executive Director of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited, CFO in Global Insurance Limited and Fu-Wang Group. He is knowledgeable in IFRS, ISA, and Tax & VAT.
He has vast working experience in different departments including Accounts & Finance, Internal Audit and Production department.
He has attended different training programs including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Advanced Certificate Course in Leadership & Communication for Senior Management, Fundamentals of Capital market Research, Best Tactics & Global Trends in Cash management and many training programs on Tax & VAT. He is also engaged as a respected faculty member of ICAB.
