Humaira Sharmeen
Humaira Sharmeen is a learning and development professional, Management Consultant and a career counselor. She has a well rounded experience in total operations of a company with full P&L responsibility, Human Resource Management and in Marketing for 25 years in both national and multinational companies. Her diversified experiences enabled her to develop the art and skills of public speaking. With long experiences of capacity development in the fields of marketing, HRM and management she designed module and conducted many public and customized training for many companies. She did training and management consultancy for the companies such as Sanofi Aventis, GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Ltd, Amtras, Energy Pack, Nuvista Pharma, Pan Pacific Shonargaon, ACME pharmaceuticals, Unimed-Unihealth Pharma, Radiant Pharmaceuticals, Jobsbd.com, Prothom Alo, Prothom-alojobs, IDLC, Runner group , East West university, Incepta Pharma, JMI Pharma, Sharif pharma and many more. Also conduct learning sessions for the students of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB), Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). She delivers motivational speeches and training in many universities. She designed and anchored career enhancing shows in radio ABC for three years. Travelling, anchor and design event and radio show, public speaking are my passion. She is a MBA majoring in HRM and marketing from North South University and a Master of Pharmacy from Dhaka University.
