- The Learning and Development wing "Enroute center for Development" with 100+ clients and 20000+ unique participants,
- The e-learning wing "Sudoksho" with 5800+ enrollments
- The Managed Payroll Services wing "enroute PaySolutions" with 30+ clients.
She's also been providing consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations as consultant in development and change management initiatives to integrate innovation and efficiency of business strategy across organizations that involves people, process and policy. Besides, she is a Government Certified Income Tax Professional (ITP).
