Training of Trainers

Intijamul Islam is an esteemed instructional designer, content developer and training facilitator. He has profound understanding of training need analysis, having experience of conducting 50+ TNA across organizations. He has worked as the lead content developer for 70+ training programs, extending between 1 to 5 days. Till date, he has facilitated and co-facilitated 40+ days of training across organizations.

Intijamul has accomplished an executive diploma titled “Advanced Certification for Management Professionals” from IBA, DU. Previously, he completed his MA and BA degrees from the Department of World Religions and Culture, University of Dhaka. He’s been continuously engaged in exploring the global pedagogical practices through online learning platforms Coursera, Edx, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy. He’s received 15+ certifications and continues his learning experience further. During his academic life, he successfully led two important extracurricular bodies of his department, namely, World Religions Debating Club and WRC English Language Club, both for 1 year.

With his evergreen learning attitude and proactive work experience, Intijamul successfully grows to be an efficient facilitator for human resource development programs.
