He Possess a proven ability to contribute to a company and individual development at both strategic and operational level. Mr. Anayet has been working in Incepta Pharmaceuticals since 2011. At Incepta, Mr. Anayet implemented SAP HR module in 2016, developed and implemented the competency-based interview and assessment system, developed and implemented the balanced scorecard-based performance management system and formulated the company's vision, mission, goals and Values.

Mr. Anayet is an MBA in Human Resources Management. He completed PGDPM from Bangladesh Institute of Management. He holds Masters in Accounting. Mr. Anayet has participated high-end executive training program on "Strategic Human Resources Management" and "Developing Internal Talent and Leadership" at IIMA (Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad).  He also participated in a training on "Winning key performance indicators masterclass" at UNI, Singapore.

Mr. Anayet conducts in house training program for the employees on Competencies, their behavioral illustration and application, excel: tips and techniques, employee performance management and development system, how to write an action plan, TNA etc.
