Overview

Administrative responsibilities are challenging and important support service work considering time budget and quality. Without effective administrative support an organization cannot run its operation properly. Administrative personnel are those who provide the back-office support of every department of an organization. That`s why administrative personnel need to be experienced, intelligent and well disciplined.

“Skill Development Training for Administrative Professional”- day long training program has been designed for administrative personnel who work in small & medium enterprises, Factories and commercial organization. The objective of this training is to develop a knowledge base foundation that enable administrative professional for stepping forward in their career, to understand their responsibilities properly and to complete their task effectively.

This one-day training is an effective program for an entry and mid-level administrative professional, persons want to gather knowledge about administrative job. One administrative professional can also identify his/her existing professional gap and will learn how to fulfill the gap.

Shami Walid is an experienced and practicality-driven trainer who is on a mission to equip professionals for the twenty-first century and to connect sustainability and progress. Walid’s (Nicknamed Shami Walid) enthusiasm for training and knowledge-sharing practice led him to design and execute training courses on HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & GENERAL ADMINISTRATION, Ethical & Safety (Social Compliance) Operations, Soft Skill Development and Young Professional Skill Development. Walid is specialized in guiding young, mid-level management professionals, managers, and small business enterprise (SME), business owner to discover their limitless potentiality for success.

Over the course of Walid’s more than 12-year career, he has significantly contributed to the success of several commercial organizations, such as ASM Chemical Industries Limited, VIYELLATEX Limited, Regatta Limited, Wing Fat Enterprises Ltd., and consulting practice in BENLI Electronic Enterprise Company Limited, Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) and Medecins Sans Frontieres (MFS). Shami Walid started to freelance as a professional trainer and consultant alongside his full-time profession in 2015. Till now Walid has conducted fifty on-the-job and in-house training in the ready-made garments industry, corporate houses, and educational institutions. During his professional tenure, he displayed exceptional leadership skills, pioneered technical and business initiatives and led them to success.

At present Walid is functioning as Ethical & Safety Specialist in a Hong Kong Base Multinational Buying house located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Shami Walid completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Daffodil International University in 2010, his Masters of Business Administration (major in Human Resource Management) degree from Bangladesh Open University in 2017, his Diploma in Social Compliance in 2014 from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), training of Trainers (ToT) certification from BIM. He has attended several professional development trainings and workshop from national and multinational training organizations and has positioned himself as a lifelong learner.
