Shariful Islam is a dynamic training and development specialist. In his 10 years of career, he has designed and facilitated 70+ soft skill training programs across 8+ industries from public and private sectors in Bangladesh.

Shariful’score expertise lies in customizing and delivering training and workshops on Self-awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Sales Excellence for fresher to mid-level professionals.

As a lead facilitator, his major works include facilitating nationally “Effective Sales Strategies for the Water Entrepreneurs” arranged by Swisscontact, “Entrepreneurship Development on Agent Banking” for Bank Asia, and “Sales Excellence Training” for Lipton Teas & Infusions in multiple districts of Bangladesh.

Along with his committed involvement in professional career, he has been intensely exploring the knowledge of human behavior and emotions. With the objective of sharing these insights, he has written three books, including "Neurodarshan," published in 2023 from India, which looks at human psychology from both a philosophical and scientific perspective.

In his academic life, Shariful has pursued a degree of Master of Arts majoring in English Language and Literature from East West University, Dhaka. Furthermore, he continued to enhance his knowledge by attending training programs on “Coaching Approach for Effective Communication & Feedback”, “Agile Project Management Masterclass” and “Unethical Decision Making In Organizations” through in-person sessions and e-learning platforms like Coursera, Edx, Lynda, and Udemy as well.
