Holds a Bachelor degree from University of Dhaka major in Accounting & Information Systems and earned professional accounting qualification from ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW). Also, a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditor, USA.

In early career, he worked with accountancy firm at home and abroad, also with development organization and started corporate career by joining as an internal auditor in-charge and process improvement manager of Coats Bangladesh. At Coats Group, He has been promoted as Financial Controller for South East Asia Cluster and worked for 2 years before joining Amann Group.
